About Us

Scott Kirsch

Hello, my name is Scott Kirsch and I grew up in West central Florida. As a child and young adult I worked for my parents' restoration company. I attended Mount Aloysius College in Pennsylvania where I studied Occupational Therapy, after college I worked in occupational therapy for several years. In 2003 I completed the Florida Fish and WIldlife Conservation Commission Law Enforcement academy and moved to the Charlotte County area. I am currently a Senior investigator with the Fish and Wildlife Commission, specializing in protecting Florida’s natural resources.

Having worked for my parent’s restorating company when I was growing up I witnessed firsthand the effects of vacant homes not being checked on for several weeks. Pipe breaks, floods, storm and rodent damage were all a part of the restoration business. Currently having parents and friends that are snowbirds I was already informally completing homewatch tasks. After being asked several times if I could “look in” on another home I determined the need for a homewatch service was needed.

I have been married to my wife, Karthryn, for 25 years and have two college age children.

In my free time I enjoy fishing, hunting or just about anything outdoors. My wife and I enjoy weekend trips exploring new places and meeting new people.
